Production Module addresses these market changes.
If you purchase and maintain raw materials inventory, regardless of where the
production occurs, the Production and Raw Materials module will give you the
flexibility to plan, purchase and track materials through every stage of

- Ability to "drill down" from style master to cutting ticket to detail level.
- Maintain "min/max" raw materials inventory levels on basic items with
exception reporting.
Provides ability to create bills of material "on the
fly" during cut ticket entry and allows for varied bills per cut.
- Ability to create new raw materials "on the fly" while building B.O.M.
- Ability to automatically create cutting tickets from multiple sales orders
using powerful filters to scope on your search criteria.
- Allocate orders to cuts with optional ability to generate pick tickets
automatically upon receipt of finished goods.
- Allows you to create your own production queues to track stages of work in
process.
- User defined text, table and date driven fields to allow you to customize
production to your specific business with built in report writing capabilities
using all fields.
- System can optionally create work orders to send to contractors for
production stages
- Powerful actual costing system which automatically updates the accounts
payable module to avoid duplicate entries
- Provides the ability to update actual costs using weighted average, LIFO
FIFO, or replace
- Actual cost reporting by style capturing historical costs by cost type(
material cost, labor etc)
